Carissimi, come già comunicato più volte a voce e poi nella rivista di maggio giugno, stiamo organizzando un pellegrinaggio alla Madonna della Stella PG la domenica 24 giugno prossimo, per onorare la Vergine santa in questo anno che ricorre il 150° anniversario delle apparizioni della Madonna della Stella al piccolo “Righetto”, ma anche come Amici di Gesù Crocifisso per ringraziare la Vergine santa, che nell’agosto 1989, nel suo santuario, ispirò l’inizio del MLP Amici di Gesù Crocifisso.

   Approfitto dell’occasione per rinnovare l’invito agli Amici della zona che intervengono il 3 giugno alla Festa popolare di S. Gabriele a Morrovalle di partecipare alla processione delle ore 18,00 uniti dietro al nostro stendardo.

2. Il 24 giugno siamo andati in pellegrinaggio al santuario della Madonna della Stella PG, ricordando il 150° anniversario dell’apparizione della Madonna al piccolo Righetto. Siamo andati anche per ringraziare la Madonna della Stella, perché davanti a Lei, nella seconda metà di agosto, nacque il MLP, Amici di Gesù Crocifisso. Siamo andati in più di 150, con due pullman dalle Marche e uno da Giulianova – S. Nicolò a Tordino TE, più alcune auto. Ci hanno accolto il P. Luciano Temperilli, rettore del Santuario, che ci ha rivolto una bellissima conferenza, il P. Generale, P. Ottaviano d’Egidio, che ha presieduto la nostra messa solenne, il P. Provinciale, P. Piergiorgio Bartoli, la Comunità passionista e la Fraternità della Madonna della Stella, che si è impegnata al massimo per farci una affettuosa e generosa accoglienza. Nel pomeriggio, con due pullman abbiamo fatto una visita a S. Francesco in Assisi, mentre un pullman ha visitato Santa Rita da Cascia. Tutto è andato ottimamente. Grazie di cuore a tutti coloro che hanno collaborato per la buona riuscita.
   Passerò la seconda metà di luglio al santuario di S. Gabriele, per preparare il corso di Esercizi spirituali, che terremo a San Gabriele il 6-11 agosto e il corso per le famiglie dal 15.20 agosto.
   Rinnovo l’invito a pregare per il prossimo capitolo generale passionista che si terrà a Roma nei mesi di settembre ottobre.
